Youth Exchange - Talent: the Power of Youth

Talent: the Power of Youth was a youth exchange helded in Sintra, Portugal. The participants were young people involved face social or geographic exclusion. The main objective was to give this participants a chance to overcome barriers in participation in social interactions, education, training or employment by engaging them in activities that: promotes reflection on cultural and social realities; allow them to learn from each other in order to develop their confidence, self-esteem and motivation and helping them recognize and celebrate the positive personal qualities, talents and strengths they have already.

1st -8th September 2012 with the participation of 6 countries: Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia, Poland and Portugal with 6 participants from each country.
